Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager - Security to lead a portfolio of security projects from initiation through completion in our Sydney office. You will collaborate with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction on high-profile infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Electronic Security and Access Control (EACS) projects.
• Knowledge of integrated security solutions (access control, intrusion detection, CCTV).
• Experience in commercial, critical infrastructure, or enterprise security environments.
• Understanding of IT networking, network communications and hardware configuration.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and project financial management experience.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution and delivery of security projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Ensure on-time, in-budget delivery per contractual requirements.
• Monitor and report on project financial performance and productivity metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Champion workplace safety and compliance with WHS/OHS&E standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams.
