Sekuro, a founder-led global cybersecurity consultancy operating in Australia, Asia, and the UK, seeks an experienced technical leader to helm Security Platform Engineering and DevSecOps. This hands-on role combines engineering excellence with strategic planning to keep our security solutions robust and scalable.

You will lead platform engineers and developers, drive DevSecOps practices, manage resources, and optimize costs while advancing Agile methodologies and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in a security-focused environment.
• Experience in managed security service environments is essential.
• Strong knowledge of platform engineering, DevSecOps, and scalable security solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead platform engineering and DevSecOps teams to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Drive CI/CD practices and security architecture decisions.
• Develop career progression and foster knowledge sharing within teams, fostering Agile/SCRUM.
