Job summary

Qualifications

• Established experience in security operations or multi-facility management.
• NSW Security Licence (Class 1A) is required.
• Certificate III in Security Operations is essential.
• Ability to lead, influence and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and provide direction to security personnel.
• Build strong client relationships and foster open communication across levels.
• Oversee access control, VMS/CCTV, and security technologies.
• Learn client systems quickly and implement practical security solutions.
• Lead emergency responses and manage crisis situations calmly.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain ASL compliance frameworks.
