Job summary

Trident Services Australia is seeking reliable Retail Security Officers to join our team across busy Redlands Coast retail sites, including Capalaba Park, Victoria Point Shopping Centre, and Cleveland Central.

Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities are available, with rosters across Cleveland, Capalaba Park, and Victoria Point. You will deliver friendly customer service, maintain a visible security presence, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and complete incident reports.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional presentation and high level of integrity.
• Availability to work the advertised roster.
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations.
• Apply First Aid and CPR when required.
• Control access to restricted areas and loading docks.
• Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques.
• Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation.

We’re seeking reliable and professional Retail Security Officers to join our team across busy retail sites throughout the Redlands Coast, including Capalaba Park, Victoria Point Shopping Centre, and Cleveland Central.

Retail Security Officers – Redlands

We’re seeking reliable and professional Retail Security Officers to join our team across busy retail sites throughout the Redlands Coast, including Capalaba Park, Victoria Point Shopping Centre, and Cleveland Central.

Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available.

Rosters

Cleveland – Full Time (40 hrs/week)

• Tuesday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:00pm

• Friday: 6:00am–3:00pm

• Saturday: 6:00am–2:30pm

Capalaba Park – Full Time (43.5 hrs/week)

• Week 1: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–4:00pm (1:00pm finish Friday)

• Week 2: Sunday: 8:00am–7:00pm | Monday–Thursday: 4:00pm–10:00pm

Victoria Point – Part Time (36 hrs/week)

• Thursday–Saturday: 2:00pm–11:00pm

• Monday: 6:00am–3:00pm

What you'll do
