Job summary

Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT is hiring a casual Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness across Food & Beverage production areas and outlets. You’ll set up and clear buffets, assist with service, and help keep kitchen equipment immaculate.

To qualify, you should have experience in a commercial kitchen, a Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain on onboarding), knowledge of HACCP and WH&S standards, and be flexible to a 7-day roster including evenings, holidays and weekends.

The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Kitchen Steward to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets. The Kitchen Steward will also ensure that all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently, while adhering to high standards of cleanliness for kitchen equipment and utensils.
