Job summary

Citywide Patrol And Security Services Pty Ltd – Geelong VIC is seeking experienced Security/Customer Service Officers to deliver high-level customer service while maintaining security standards.

Responsibilities include access control, escorting contractors, patrolling the facility, and reporting hazards. Applicants must hold a Victorian Security License, Working with Children’s Check, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence; availability Monday to Friday mornings to evenings.

Qualifications

• Relevant security experience and customer service orientation.
• Must have current Victorian Security License.
• Must have Working with Children’s Check.
• First Aid & CPR accreditation.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Available to work Monday to Friday (Mornings, Afternoon/Evening).

Responsibilities

• Customer Service at the site.
• Control access to ensure only authorised persons enter the site after hours.
• Escort contractors around the facility.
• Greet and interact professionally with visitors and contractors.
• Conduct internal and external patrols.
• Report and record any damage, unsecured hazards, or suspicious activity.
