Millennium Services Group is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. The role combines proactive patrols, incident response, and front-line client interaction.

Pay rate is $29.24 per hour. Rostered shifts include Monday evening and Thu-Sun evenings, with Tue/Wed off. Candidates must hold a current Security Licence, First Aid/CPR, and possess full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Security Licence.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience, with retail security experience highly regarded.
• Availability to work afternoon, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular foot patrols.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual work history.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of people, property, and assets.
• Maintain a professional, visible, and approachable security presence.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Identify potential risks and take appropriate action in line with site procedures.
• Adhere to all client, site, and company security policies and protocols.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. This position combines proactive patrols, incident response, and front-line client interaction.

Pay Rate: Level 2 | $29.24 per hour

Roster:

• Monday: 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thursday to Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: Off

Key Responsibilities
