Millennium Services Group is seeking casual Security Officers to maintain a safe on-site environment in Innaloo, WA, while delivering high-standard customer service. You will patrol, monitor, and respond to incidents across shifts.

The position offers weekday and weekend day/night shifts with ongoing training and career progression within a well-established national organization.

Qualificações

• A valid Security Licence is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Proven security experience (1+ year), ideally in retail or shopping environments.
• Availability for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for reliable and professional Casual Security Officers to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment while delivering a high standard of customer service and support.

Location: Innaloo, WA

Pay rate: Security Services Award Level 2

Shifts available: Weekday and weekend shifts | Day and night shifts

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site. You will provide a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of people, property and assets


• Providing a professional and approachable security presence


• Responding to incidents, alarms, emergencies and requests for assistance


• Identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action


• Following site procedures, security protocols and safety requirements


• Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence


• Current First Aid and CPR certification


• Proven security experience (1+ year), ideally within a shopping centre or retail environment


• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekdays and weekends


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
