Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer to protect people and property at our Seattle, WA site. This full-time role monitors access, patrols premises, and responds to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

We value vigilance, calm under pressure, and strong communication. A HS diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service are required; prior security or military experience is a plus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must have 1+ years of experience in customer service/hospitality experience.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: Seattle, WA

Wage: $19.00-$26.00/HR

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
