Qualifications

• Current WA Security Officer Licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid Australian Driver Licence.
• Current First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating rosters including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in security operations or related field.
• Desirable qualifications in aviation, mining, government or remote site security environments.
• RSA Certification, Crowd Control endorsement, CCTV Monitoring experience, Certificate II/III in Security Operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
• Monitor premises and identify potential security risks.
• Control site access and verify authorised entry.
• Monitor CCTV, alarm and security systems.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies and security breaches.
• Complete incident and shift reports and security documentation.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our regional operations team in Karratha.

The successful candidate will perform security duties across commercial, industrial, government, accommodation, construction, and event environments, maintaining the safety and security of people, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
