Job summary

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead operations at Bankwest Place in the Perth CBD. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, supervise a team of security professionals, and maintain strong client relationships in a prestigious corporate environment.

This full-time role requires a minimum of three years in security leadership, a WA Security Licence, and a First Aid Certificate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Security Supervisor, Security Manager, or similar leadership role
• Current WA Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience managing client relationships in a corporate environment
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously and lead by example

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite security team
• Ensure contractual and operational requirements are consistently met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders
• Manage rostering, workforce planning, and day-to-day site operations
• Conduct investigations and incident management as required
• Monitor compliance with site procedures, policies, and legislative requirements
• Deliver coaching, training, and performance management to team members
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

MSS Security is seeking an experienced and professional Security Manager to lead security operations at Bankwest Place in the Perth CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated security professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career within a prestigious corporate environment.

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, leading a team of security professionals, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

About the Role

• Full-time permanent position


• Monday to Friday roster


• 7:00am to 4:00pm


• Based at Bankwest Place, Perth CBD


• Leadership role managing site security operations and personnel

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite security team
