Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with high-level Security Controllers.
- Knowledge of security networking and IT integration.
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software and network issues.
Responsibilities
- Commissioning and configuring IP based camera systems.
- Working with access control, VMS, intercom and integrated security systems.
- Configuring and diagnosing IP-connected devices.
- Working with IP addressing, subnetting, switches and VLANs.
- Diagnosing network and communications issues.
- Working with Windows PCs and servers associated with security systems.
- Configuring software and system integrations.
- Providing remote diagnostics and technical support.
- Fault finding across hardware, software and networks.
- Working with customers and their IT teams.
- Supporting the Access Alarms team on more complex technical issues.
