Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT/OT security ops for medium/large enterprises.
• Experience with Forcepoint Web Proxy, CheckPoint NGFW, and Defender.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure.
• Experience in high-priority incident response.
• Holds CISSP, Azure, AWS, or CheckPoint certifications.
• Understanding of OSI layers and troubleshooting.
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, management, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity services.
• Assist in high-priority infrastructure and security incidents.
• Ensure security services meet industry best practices and compliance.
• Perform daily tasks to meet SLAs and identify automation opportunities.
• Execute project tasks to fulfil requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with security technologies and trends, including AI tools.
• Coordinate with vendors for advanced support.
