Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Security Engineer to join the Secured Infrastructure team in Australia. You will deliver end-to-end security services for complex estates, from advisory through managed operations, with emphasis on incident response and governance.

Applicants must hold or be eligible for Australian citizenship and National Police Clearance; Baseline or higher clearance preferred. You will collaborate across DXC Security to ensure high-quality outcomes for regional clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT/OT security operations for medium and/or large enterprises.
• Experience and knowledge implementing, managing and troubleshooting security tech from major vendors.
• Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, management, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity services.
• Assist in high-priority incidents in infrastructure and security.
• Ensure security services meet industry best practices and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
• Liaise with vendors for advanced-level support.
