Job summary

WaterNSW is seeking an experienced Domain Architect - Security to lead enterprise security architecture across cloud, applications, data, and integrations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Demonstrated enterprise security architecture experience across cloud, applications, infrastructure, data and integration.
• Understanding of cyber risk management, standards, regulatory obligations, threat modelling, vulnerability management and audit requirements.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, MFA, privileged access, zero trust, encryption, and cloud security controls (Azure).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance security with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce enterprise security frameworks and standards across systems, applications and integrations.
• Lead security design reviews and assurance activities ensuring compliance with standards and risk frameworks.
• Provide security input into solution design, testing and delivery to ensure secure-by-design practices.
• Assess security implications of AI initiatives and contribute to AI security frameworks and governance.
