Job summary

National Protective Services is recruiting experienced Security Control Room staff for two Melbourne sites. The roles are full-time with a rotating roster and award rates, with one site 6% above award. The role focuses on CCTV monitoring and critical safety duties within a tight-knit security team.

Ideal candidates will have CCTV experience, the ability to review large footage, and a current Victorian Security Licence with a Working with Children Check; a monitoring endorsement is also preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CCTV systems.
• Ability to view and search large volumes of footage.
• Experience in a control room environment.
• Motivated with strong self-discipline and conduct.
• Able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV to ensure safety across sites.
• Collaborate with security team to respond to incidents.

We are excited to be recruiting for experienced Security Control Room staff at two Melbourne sites to join our team.

The positions are full time, with a rotating roster and award rates (and one site 6% above award)

The Role

The control room role is an integral part of each security team and provides an important function in the security and safety of these iconic sites. They are operationally significant positions and requires security staff with experience and dedication to the role.

• Current drivers license and own reliable transport
