Job summary

MSS Security is seeking an experienced Full-Time Control Room Officer to join our security team at a major industrial site in the Port Kembla region, NSW. The role focuses on control room operations, CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident management, access control, and coordinating security responses.

The ideal candidate has previous control room security experience, rapid response capability, and holds current NSW Security Licence, First Aid, and a full Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control, and security systems
• Manage and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies

• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
• Conduct Rapid Response Patrols and attend incidents when required
• Perform access control, patrols, and security inspections

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Control Room Officer to join our security team servicing a major industrial site in the Port Kembla region. The primary focus of this role is Control Room Operations, including CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident management, access control, communications, and coordinating security responses. Previous Rapid Response experience is required, as the role will also involve responding to alarms, incidents, and security matters across the site when required.

Key Responsibilities
