Job summary

Tremac Group Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Security Control Room Operators to join our Mickleham control room facility in Victoria. This full-time role focuses on monitoring CCTV systems, responding to real-time alerts, and ensuring site safety across multiple client sites.

The position requires rapid decision-making, strong communication, and flexibility to work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage. Candidates with a current Victorian Security Licence and experience with Patriot Monitoring

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Security Control Room Operators to join our team at our Mickleham control room facility. Multiple full-time positions are available.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems and responding to real-time alerts across multiple client sites. You will play a critical role in maintaining site safety and security by identifying, assessing, and escalating incidents as required.

This position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a proactive approach to security operations. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 site coverage.

Key Requirements

Current Victorian Security Licence (with relevant licence category)

Availability to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

A professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic

Experience with Patriot Monitoring software (highly regarded; training provided for suitable candidates)
