Job summary

Securecorp is seeking an experienced Full-Time Control Room Officer at our Logan site to deliver high-quality customer service and emergency response. This permanent full-time role operates on a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster with 12-hour shifts, supporting work-life balance.

You will monitor security systems, manage access control, respond to incidents, and liaise with key stakeholders. Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Security Licence (Crowd Controller component required).
• Control Room Licence is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access systems, alarms, and CCTV.
• Assess and respond to situations involving risk or hazard.
• Identify security risks and respond to incidents effectively.
• Control access to security-sensitive areas.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate data logs.
• Conduct site safety monitoring.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, contractors, emergency services, and staff.
