Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Systems Integrator in Canberra for a 12-month engagement. You will support sustainment and evolution of complex systems, collaborating with software engineers, architects, and project teams to define requirements and progress changes through governance gates.

The role requires strong systems engineering fundamentals, experience in secure government environments, and the ability to work in an Agile or hybrid delivery model.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a systems engineer in complex projects or enterprises.
• Experience in secure government or Defence environments.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to elicit, analyse, and manage system requirements.
• Ability to produce clear engineering documentation and artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainment and evolution of complex systems through engineering activities.
• Define, develop, and execute Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Conduct systems analysis and requirements management for changes.
• Progress changes through engineering gates and assurance processes.
• Maintain engineering documentation and artefacts.
• Collaborate with Configuration Management and Verification & Validation teams.
