Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' programme management experience, defence projects.
• Experience as Lead Project Manager or Senior Delivery Leader on complex multi-discipline programs.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills; ability to influence executives.
• Solid financial acumen: budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Experience with end-to-end project oversight: planning, risk, issues, and client management.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance and ITAR compliance.
• Experience with waterfall and agile approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and align scope, schedule, and governance.
• Oversee schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change management.
• Engage senior stakeholders, providing data-driven performance insights.
• Develop realistic plans including quality, risk, and communications.
• Champion safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Support the Program Manager to ensure delivery success.
