Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Security Architect to shape secure, scalable technology solutions in Melbourne. You will lead security architecture activities across enterprise environments, ensuring secure-by-design practices and alignment with business goals.

Hybrid role with a 2-month contract plus extensions, requiring baseline security clearance. You will translate requirements into end-to-end architectures across Azure, AWS and on‑premises, collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience designing security architectures for large enterprises.
Proficient in Azure, AWS and on‑premises security.
IAM, encryption, key management and network security skills.
Knowledge of Zero Trust and network segmentation.
Experience with architecture governance and risk assessment.
Ability to communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

Translate business and technical requirements into secure end-to-end solution architectures.
Develop and maintain architecture artefacts, standards, roadmaps and design documentation.
Lead security architecture reviews and provide expert advice throughout the solution lifecycle.
Apply secure-by-design principles across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments.
Identify security and architectural risks and provide pragmatic, risk-based recommendations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, engineers and governance bodies to deliver secure outcomes.
