Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney seeks a Securitisation Manager to lead a Trust Management team, oversee complex securitisation transactions and strengthen client relationships. You will supervise professionals, manage senior stakeholders and ensure delivery against contractual obligations.

You will contribute to strategic initiatives, operational improvements and ongoing business growth while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong securitisation or structured finance experience, with proven people leadership.
• Experience managing complex client and stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor-level degree in a finance-related field and banking/treasury background.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Trust Management professionals and oversee complex securitisation transactions.
• Manage a portfolio of high-profile transactions and ensure contractual obligations and service standards are met.
• Resolve complex client, transaction and operational issues as a key escalation point.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, investors, issuers and other stakeholders.
