Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney is seeking a Securitisation Manager to lead a team within Trust Management and oversee complex securitisation transactions. You will develop the team, manage key client relationships and ensure contractual obligations and service standards are met.

You will work with senior Trust Management leaders on strategic initiatives, drive operational improvements and contribute to business growth while maintaining high governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in securitisation, trust management or structured finance.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Strong Excel skills; VBA experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Trust Management professionals.
• Manage a portfolio of complex, high-profile transactions.
• Resolve complex client, transaction and operational issues.
• Oversee resource planning, recruitment, performance management.
• Review deliverables, controls and reporting for process improvements.
