Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney, part of Perpetual Group, is seeking a Senior Manager, Trust Management to lead the Trust Management team and deliver accurate securitisation services.

You will manage client relationships, oversee trust reporting and models, drive risk management and process improvements, and onboard new clients. This is a senior role with exposure to a broad market, including issuers, investors and auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a specialist Trust Management team.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to handle sensitive matters.
• Technical trust management expertise with a focus on accuracy and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Trust Management team.
• Build and manage key client relationships, including complex matters.
• Oversee trust reporting, instructions, settlements and transaction requirements.
• Monitor covenants and portfolio requirements to ensure obligations are met.
• Contribute to building and reviewing Trust Manager models and testing.
• Drive QA and risk management improvements.
