Yakimono, part of the Lucas Collective family in Melbourne, is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join a vibrant, high-energy team. You will craft cocktails, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to a fast-paced service environment at a premier venue in the CBD.

Ideal candidates will have proven bartending experience in high-end bars, strong presentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods. Rotating rosters and weekend shifts are required.

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a vibrant, high-volume venue.
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.

We are looking for a Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Yakimono and deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.
