Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue.
• Must be able to carry three plates.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid RSA certificate.

You will have experience in a high-end, fast paced restaurant environment, strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.
