Job summary

Old Palm Liquor in Melbourne is seeking a floor team member to support our evolving wine and spirits offering and help develop the business, while also receiving product and leadership mentoring and training as we invest in you and your career.

WSET Levels 1 to 4 are offered as part of employment. Great pay for 20–35 hours per week across 4–5 days, including leave, loading, penalties and overtime. There is ongoing leadership training with a genuine path for promotion from within.

You don’t have to be a wine expert to be considered for this role. If you’re experienced in holding down a section in a busy wine bar/restaurant with a desire to learn, we can teach you the rest.
