Fink Group in Sydney is seeking a Section Waiter for a full-time position within its Fink restaurant portfolio. You will join a leading hospitality group known for excellence in dining and service.

We require at least 2 years of fine dining experience, knowledge of food, beverages and wine, and the ability to carry 3 plates. Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills are essential; RSA and full Australian working rights are mandatory.

Positions available Section Waiter - $65,400.00 – $80,000.00 per year + super

• 2+ years experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment
• Great knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
• Ability to carry 3 plates
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Hold a valid RSA
• Have full Australian working rights
• Available to work nights and weekends
