Job summary

The Grill at The International, part of The Point Group, is seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our CBD team. We deliver polished, professional service in a fast-paced dining environment, with a focus on genuine hospitality, extensive wine knowledge, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience running a section in a fine-dining/hatted restaurant.
• Strong food, wine knowledge.
• Deliver professional, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Professional presentation with a strong eye for detail.
• Current RSA.
• Team-first mindset with willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Managing your section with confidence and efficiency.
• Maintaining venue presentation and service standards.
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and support teams to ensure smooth service.
• Building genuine rapport with guests and anticipating their needs.
• Upholding The Grill's standards of hospitality at all times.
