Job summary

Gildas, part of The Firedoor Group, is seeking a Section Waiter (casual, ~25 hours per week) to join our fine dining team. You will deliver attentive, polished service in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

You'll bring at least two years' experience in a fine dining setting, carry three plates, and be a strong communicator who engages guests with passion for food, wine and cocktails. Nights and weekends availability and Australian working rights required.

Inspired by Lennox Hastie's time in the foothills of the Basque Country, Gildas pays tribute to the original pintxo from San Sebastián - a simple combination of guindilla pepper, olive and anchovy. The Role

We are currently seeking a Section Waiter (casual, approximately 25 hours per week) to join the team. This role requires a confident and experienced hospitality professional who can deliver attentive, polished service in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
