Job summary
Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is seeking a Section Waiter for the No35 dining team. You thrive in a bustling, quality restaurant with stunning city views and a passion for delivering exceptional service and a unique guest experience.
As part of Accor, you will leverage your Victorian RSA and 12 months’ restaurant experience, with evenings, weekends and public holidays required. Hotel experience is advantageous and great communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Victorian RSA certification is required.
- At least 12 months of experience in a busy quality restaurant.
- Hotel experience is desirable.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Section Waiter to join our No35 dining team. If you thrive on working in a busy, quality restaurant with amazing views of the city then this is the position for you.
The No35 team pride themselves on delivering exceptional service with a unique flair.
No35 should be an experience for our guests and you will be knowledgeable and passionate about Food & Wine to take the guest on a culinary journey.
Previous bartending experience, including cocktail preparation and beverage service, is desirable. Candidates with a passion for food and beverage and a strong understanding of responsible service practices will be highly regarded.
- Victorian RSA
- Min 12 months experience in a busy quality Restaurant
- Previous experience in a Hotel desirable
