Job summary

Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, part of the Accor group, is seeking a polished, proactive Guest Experience Shift Leader to join our luxury hotel team in Melbourne's CBD. You will be the first and last contact for many guests, setting the tone with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating vehicle arrivals and valet, working with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services, maintaining smooth flow during peak times, and handling requests with discretion.

We're looking for a polished, proactive Guest Experience Shift Leader tojoin our luxury hotel team. You'll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests - setting the tone with genuine warmth, effortless professionalism and outstanding attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests with a warm, confident and personalised approach
• Coordinate smooth vehicle arrivals, departures and valet operations
• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services teams
• Maintain a seamless flow during busy arrival and departure periods
• Handle guest requests with discretion and a solutions-focused attitude
• Ensure every vehicle is treated with care and every guest feels valued

You're naturally organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome. You have exceptional communication skills, a professional presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Previous experience in valet, concierge, front office, guest services or luxury hospitality is highly regarded

A valid driver's licence and confidence driving a range of vehicles are essential.
