Ten Minutes by Tractor invites an experienced Section Waiter to join our two-hatted dining team, delivering precise, warm service, sharing detailed menu and wine knowledge, and helping guests connect the story of the food and wine.

We welcome full-time, part-time, and casual applicants for the upcoming season, with opportunities for development and progression within an established, respected brand.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience running a section in fine dining
• Calm, professional demeanour with a passion for hospitality and wine
• Availability across a rotating roster, Wed–Sun, with Friday–Sunday essential
• RSA required; WSET Level 2 or above highly regarded
• Reliable transport; venue not accessible by public transport
• Knowledge or passion for Mornington Peninsula wine region

• Deliver polished service with warmth and professionalism
• Communicate detailed knowledge of the menu, wine list and winery story
• Manage your section with high-end two-hat service standards
• Uphold consistency across food, beverage and guest interaction
• Participate in daily briefings, tastings and ongoing training
