Job summary

Catherine McAuley Catholic College, Medowie, is seeking a full-time Secondary TAS Teacher to join for 2027, with capacity to teach Engineering in Stage 6 a plus. The role emphasises faith-based learning, high-quality pedagogy, and alignment to NSW Catholic system standards.

The successful candidate will promote continuous improvement, use data to inform teaching, and collaborate with staff to support student growth across Years 7–12.

Qualifications

• Experience with Catholic Education and actively supporting the Catholic ethos and culture.
• Ability to plan and prepare contemporary teaching programs and assessments meeting diverse student needs.
• Ability to use assessment and data to optimise outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and the wider community to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrate an innovative and agile mindset for continuous school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing development and implementation of pedagogical practices affecting student outcomes.
