Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) in Adelaide seeks a Drafter – Secondary to support national HV projects. You will develop detailed design packages—protection, SCADA, interlocking, SLDs, panel layouts and switchroom docs—checking against client requirements and standards.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and project teams, assist with tender designs, and help deliver reliable, sustainable energy infrastructure for Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in secondary electrical drafting focused on protection relays, SCADA, and switch room documentation.
• Experience with Australian utility standards or renewable grid connection projects.
• Experience in the utilities or renewable energy industry is highly regarded but not essential.
• Proficiency with drafting software and interpreting design information from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design packages covering protection and SCADA systems, interlocking, SLDs, panel layouts and switchroom documentation.
• Check drawings against client requirements and standards prior to issue for manufacturing and construction.
• Assist with tender designs and coordinate documentation with clients, suppliers and third parties.
