Active and prayerful Christian faith aligned with NBCS beliefs
Excellent understanding of young people and their development
Relational approach that engages students, parents, and staff
Intellectual strength, professional integrity, and sound judgement
Organised, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic school context
Willingness for active co-curricular involvement; youth ministry experience valued

Responsibilities

Teach Secondary Christian Studies for Years 7–12
Contribute to Christian Ministry for Years K–6 and 7–12
Support wellbeing initiatives and provide pastoral care to students, families and staff
Prepare, lead and speak at public gatherings such as Chapel and parent events
Actively contribute to the co-curricular life of the School
