Job summary

Medowie Christian School in New South Wales is seeking a committed Christian educator to join the Middle Leadership Team as Senior Secondary Coordinator. The role leads culture and classrooms from Year 10 to 12 and includes teaching responsibilities in the selected learning area along with a leadership allowance.

The ideal candidate holds suitable teaching qualifications and is registered with NESA, demonstrates leadership and a heart for service, and regularly attends church as part of a strong

Qualifications

• Must have suitable teaching qualifications and be registered with NESA.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Care deeply for students and develop resilience and character in them.
• Strong commitment to Christian schooling and ability to teach from a biblical worldview.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and classrooms for Year 10–12 as part of Middle Leadership Team.
• Teach Secondary classes in the applicant's key learning area.
• Provide leadership allowance and support to the role.
• Collaborate with families to support students transitioning to the next step after secondary school.
