The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, a flexible attitude, and strong communication skills. The role requires a rotating Mon-Sun roster and a commitment to food hygiene and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Available for rotating roster across Mon to Sun, 38 hrs per week.
• Must have qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own sections and deliver consistently high-quality food throughout service.
• Present dishes with attention to appearance and plate presentation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
