Job summary

Sephora Marion in Adelaide is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a fixed-term basis to support busy holiday trading. You will help customers discover products across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, sharing expertise and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring previous retail experience, a passion for beauty, and a willingness to learn through onboarding and Sephora’s online learning platform.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Keen eye for new products and iconic brands.
• Willingness to learn about latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Able to multitask and think on your feet.
• Availability across Thursday to Sunday and November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
• Share beauty knowledge with customers and team, and participate in in-store training.
• Support the Sephora Marion store, collaborating with other departments as needed.
• Contribute to delivering a standout customer experience during peak season.

• Have previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.

As ourbusiest daysof trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability.
