Sephora in Rundle Mall, Adelaide, is seeking Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to support our busiest period. You will help customers, share product knowledge across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, and work with our field trainers during onboarding.

This fixed-term role offers hands-on training, access to our online learning platform, and opportunities to extend or move into other roles within the LVMH group.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to learn across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and assist customers to find products that meet their needs.
• Work across departments and support the store team during peak periods.
• Attend onboarding training and use our online learning platform for ongoing development.
