Job summary

Sephora Broadway in Sydney is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Casual Fixed-term basis for our peak season. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness with onboarding support and access to our online learning platform.

Opportunities for extension exist after the holiday period within the global LVMH beauty group. You will need to listen to customers, share product knowledge, and be available across key trading times

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delivering an excellent shopping experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn and share beauty knowledge with customers and team

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers find the right beauty solutions
• Provide exceptional service across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments
• Participate in onboarding training and use the online learning platform
• Assist across late-night and weekend trading times during peak periods
