Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for Bondi, on a casual fixed-term basis. You will help customers across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, delivering exceptional service and sharing knowledge to highlight product benefits.

You will undergo onboarding training and access Sephora’s online learning platform for ongoing development within a dynamic, luxury beauty environment. Availability across peak trading times is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
• Full availability across November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.
• Willingness to work across peak trade days including Thursdays to Sundays, with late-night hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and inspire them to explore beauty products across departments (beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness).
• Provide exceptional customer service and share knowledge to help customers find products.
• Complete onboarding training and use the online learning platform for ongoing development.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and participate in cross-training as needed.

As ourbusiest daysof trade are between Thursday to Sunday the ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability. Please note, you must have full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive to be considered for this role.
