Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant for Sunshine Plaza. You will be part of the Beauty Advisors team, assisting customers across departments and sharing knowledge in a fast-paced holiday period.

A casual fixed-term contract offers onboarding training and access to our online learning platform. Ideal candidates will have previous retail or customer-facing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for beauty.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
• Inspire and educate customers, helping them find products that fit their needs.
