Job summary

Sephora Australia is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for the Broadway team during our peak season. This is a casual fixed-term position with potential extension based on vacancies at end of holiday trading.

You will inspire customers, share knowledge across beauty categories, and access onboarding training and our online learning platform for ongoing development. Availability through November 2026 to January 2027 is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and participate in onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across beauty, skincare and wellness departments.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and share product knowledge.
