Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for a Casual Fixed-term basis in Sydney. You will be a Beauty Advisor across departments, helping customers discover products and benefits while engaging with our loyalty program and promotions.

Your onboarding training will be supported by our field trainers and you will have access to our online learning platform for ongoing development within the LVMH group.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Onboarding training and access to learning platform.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and help them become their best version of themselves.
• Work across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness departments to assist clients.
• Participate in in-store beauty expert training sessions and onboarding.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional in-store experience during peak periods.
