In this fast paced kitchen, you will maintain an efficient operation, prepare high-quality meals on time, manage stock rotation, and assist with menu changes. We offer a full-time salary between $69,000 - $100,000 plus Superannuation, staff discounts, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced kitchen experience.
• Availability to work any hospitality hours.
• Ability to work well under a high-pressure environment.
• Brilliant communication skills to all team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an efficient kitchen operation across venues.
• Ensuring meals are high quality and prepared on time.
• Preparing and presenting a range of dishes using seasonal ingredients.
• Practising stock rotation and minimising wastage.
• Assisting with menu changes when required.
