Sephora Chatswood is hiring a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Casual Fixed-term basis. You will engage customers, share beauty knowledge, and support the team across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

Onboarding training and ongoing online learning will help you grow within the LVMH beauty family. Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer-facing experience, strong interpersonal skills, and flexible availability, especially Thursday to Sunday and during Nov 2026 to Jan

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn about beauty products.
• Availability across Thursday to Sunday and across November 2026 to January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
• Work across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.
• Complete onboarding training and access the online learning platform; participate in in-store training.
