Job summary

QMR Constructions Pty Ltd in Forster, NSW is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-unit residential lifestyle project. You will take day-to-day control of the site, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires a current NSW Site Supervisor License, proven experience with medium-scale residential or community developments, and strong leadership of subcontractors and site teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NSW Site Supervisor License and have experience delivering medium-scale residential or community developments.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality workmanship and first-time delivery.
• Strong communication skills with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ability to plan, problem-solve and meet deadlines with an organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site, including scheduling and coordinating works.
• Develop and maintain construction programs in line with contract milestones.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure works are sequenced efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, direct labor and suppliers.
• Maintain site documentation, reports and records as required.
• Lead site inductions, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings and provide clear progress updates and risk reporting.
