Job summary

Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Building Supervisor / Site Manager for a key Forster project delivering 175 homes. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and materials, and ensure WHS compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years supervising in volume residential construction, strong communication and organisation, and a focus on safety and quality. A long-term project with a collaborative team atmosphere awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience supervising or site management in volume residential construction.
• Site management on multiresidential projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management.
• Safety and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.
• Coordinating and managing trades, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
• Managing construction programs, schedules and project milestones.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality control and WHS compliance.
• Ensuring construction timelines, budgets and project expectations are consistently met.
• Proactively identifying and resolving site issues to keep the project on track.
